Napsikamberis a small eating and drinking place in the old town. It is situated near thegateway tower of Lühike Jalg. It is a cosy place to enjoy snacks and drinks aswell as hot dishes. You may also arrange happenings for smaller groups ofpeople. We have places for 30. In summer time we open a terrace. That includes24 places. On a hot summer day it is refresing to sit on a terrace under mapletrees and enjoy the ancients of the old stone walls while drinking cooling beeror sipping mild wine.
The house is madein the middle of the 18th century as an assistant building against the stonewall. It can be related to an owner for the first time in 1796, when thearchival matters make a notice of a clockmaker Carl Nestler, who owned thebuilding until 1865.
