It all began with the bassline... London 1989, dancing in a field with 10,000 others in one harmony. Educate the masses with the feeling of Summer Of Love... Digital electronic repetitive beats. Mind-bending years and constant travelling all around the world, taking the house revolution to another dimension.
The idea of having a party, dancing, eating, drinking and meeting so many happy people all in one place was a dream. After this feeling of excitement and euphoria - a concept was born. Unique from others, who have constructed the traditional cafe-bar concept.
Fast forward to the year 1996 visiting Tallinn, Estonia, seeing the culture was new - a still young and fresh, we decided to venture into creating a fusion of UK dance music culture, European cuisine and the most famous food in the United Kingdom - Indian Sub Continent Kitchen. But not a restaurant - a new and improved sit, eat and go concept. Let the construction begin!
Another fast forward to year 1999 - The Dream turns into reality. The place and location being the former Soviet Union era bookstore at Parnu mnt. 28 "VOITLEV SONA". This was a disused bookstore so famous in Tallinn for the literature culture was about to be transformed into a fusion of digital music, food and drinks, where all International people from all races from around the world could meet and get away from the everyday stresses. Cafe VS Tallinn was born. Five years later with 100,000 clients, VS is stronger, tastier, with a sexier VS family than ever. Enjoy our creation... Others have!
